Rockville Auto Clinic

Rockville Auto Clinic was excellent. Jeff is wonderful. He explained everything and he worked with me. The staff is very knowledgeable and they did not let my truck leave until they felt it was 100 %. Their prices are reasonable and the mom and pop atmosphere just made it so welcoming and comfortable. Before coming here I inquired with other places and they were telling me I needed things that were not necessary. Jeff was honest and gave me a breakdown of what I needed asap and what I needed I. The near future and long term. This allowed me to plan accordingly to make sure my truck work properly. That’s honesty. I would recommend Rockville Auto Clinic to anyone who has car issues or simply in need of maintenance. Thanks guys. Especially you Jeff.

I have been provided excellent services from Rockville Auto Clinic on my automobiles for many years now. It was a lucky day many years ago when the Rockville Auto Clinic was wholeheartedly recommended to me. At that time, the Clinic was a smaller operation on 355 in Rockville. It was good to see this dependable business expand. Jeff and his team communicate well, respectfully and honestly. Current car problems needing repairs are identified, discussed and accurate estimates are provided. Information is provided on anticipated future maintenance and issues that will likely need attention in the future. The work provided is excellent and the prices reasonable. Based on my association with this business for several years now, I trust their assessments, recommendations and most importantly, their fine, professional work. Their services have kept my cars working well and dependably for many years now. I am grateful for their services.

Jeff was great. He was patient as I decided whether to repair my car or trade it in. Through his guidance about what was an immediate vs long term need, i decided to have the car repaired. Both our cars now have been brought up to good working condition by Rockville Auto Clinic. I’ll definitely use them again.

I have been taking my car to the Rockville Auto Clinic team for years now and am always satisfied with the service I receive there. I can always count on friendly, honestly and speedy service and it’s very reassuring to trust their guidance and judgement fully when it comes to my Jeep. I know I’m always in good hands with Jeff, Marcus and the entire RAC team. Would highly recommend their services!

I purchased a 2013 dodge challenger that I’ve wanted for a while but to my luck the dealership I bought it from wasn’t upfront about what was wrong with it. I brought my vehicle to Rockville Auto Clinic & Jeff & Marcus took care of it ! Jeff values his customers ! He did a complete check on the car and found the problem and got it fixed ! Another huge plus is they were willing to work with the warranty company and looked out for my best interest. They don’t rush their work, they make sure the job is done correctly, are straight forward and doesn’t “force” you to agree to any repairs , so I would 10/10 recommend this shop to anyone! Still coming back for more repairs but now she rides beautifully !
